Research On Digital Reference Service In Hebei Academic Library

Reference service is an important component of library service,which is mainly used to deal with the problems of users in the use of the library.In recent years,the development of digital network environment and people use the Internet to meet and enhance their information needs,consulting services to highlight the important position of,a large number of libraries at home and abroad gradually began to provide this service,and the service mode of diversified development.In the library system,the university library is an essential part,which plays an important role in the teaching and research of colleges and universities.However,the University Libraries of Hebei province development situation is not optimistic,in order to promote the better development,need a clear understanding of the current situation of the development,put forward strategies to solve existing problems,in order to promote the Hebei Province University Libraries in the literature and information service in digital reference service of the stable and sustainable development.Based on the digital reference service related theory and the existing research results,connotation,service process,and management of the system is discussed,by investigating the development status of the digital reference service of 106 universities in the province of the library,analyzes the actual situation of each detail of the University Library and the existing the problems,and put forward the corresponding development strategy,in order to promote the development of a reference for Hebei province digital reference service of University Library from.
