Research On The Innovation Of Digital Reference Service In University Library Under The Context Aware Service Mode

The rapid development of information and the continuous progress of the Internet industry have intensified the pressure of information services in all walks of life.This is also true in the field of libraries.Reference consulting is one of the core works of libraries.For university libraries,the level of users is higher,the degree of user demand is deeper,the characteristics of access to information is more distinct,the requirements for digital reference services are deeper.In this paper,the digital reference service of university library is effectively combined with the emerging technology to construct a service mode different from the traditional one,which turns the rigid passive service into active service,and can better meet the convenient demand of the current society for information service,and create an opportunity for innovative service mode.In recent years,situational information technology has gradually come to the forefront and entered the eyes of scholars from all walks of life.Automatic situational awareness and adaptive adjustment can effectively collect situational information and provide accu.rate and active services for users through filtering and screening.Under this background,this paper innovates and explores the digital reference service of university library,conducts research under the mode of situational sensitive service,and writes the paper by means of literature research,network investigationr inductive statistics and comparative analysis.Firstly,the paper reviews the digital reference service and personalized service literature of university libraries at home and abroad,looking for the breakthrough direction,and clarifying the necessity of digital reference service in context-sensitive environment.Secondly,I will explain the concept,so that readers can have a certain understanding of the basic contents of context-sensitive services and digital reference consultation in university libraries.Then,20 universities at home and abroad were selected to investigate the development status of their digital reference services one by one,in order to find out the gap and the direction of study and discussion in Chinese universities,and to find out the problems in the comparison and find a reasonable solution.Finally,it puts forward the model of combination of scenes sensitive service innovation,make the digital reference service in team building,subject service,ways of retrieval and personalized service to change,to narrow the gap in domestic university libraries in the development of,make it into the higher,the steps of one layer of can break through the theoretical foundation for the.rational ctevelupment of university library.
