In recent years,with the proposal and promotion of the strategy of "strengthening the country through education",China’s higher education has been promoted from the stage of scale development to the stage of quality development,and the cultivation of talents and the steady improvement of teaching quality have been put in the first place.Teaching is the key way of college education and talent training.As an important element of supporting college education,college library is an important channel for college teachers and students to obtain information resources and scientific research innovation services.It plays an important role in improving college teaching quality and talent training.Electronic teaching reference is one of the embodiment forms of library collection resources.This kind of digital information provides information support for teaching and scientific research of college teachers and students,ensures the normal utilization of E-literature resources and e-book resources in the process of teaching and scientific research,and provides sufficient information service and resource guarantee for teachers and students’ cross time and space Teaching,scientific research and learning.In order to carry out teaching in the network environment of the new era,electronic teaching reference came into being.Digitizing the traditional resources of university libraries will undoubtedly reduce the utilization rate of traditional resources,achieve the purpose of protecting traditional resources and expanding the transmission channels of traditional resources,and increase the utilization rate of resources.Electronic teaching reference platform integrates electronic teaching reference,user information,course information and educational administration information into one platform.It has rich and colorful digital resources with complete subject coverage,including a large number of teaching related course resources,and can provide convenient access for teachers and students to interact across time and space in the platform,which forms an irreplaceable position of other network resources.This paper analyzes and summarizes the contents and methods of electronic teaching reference service presented by 42 "double first-class" universities in China on their library official website by using network survey and literature survey,and compares the functions of the teaching reference platform by using the method of comparative analysis,And this paper studied the service mode,service situation and platform function of the E-teaching reference construction of University Libraries in China.The service situation is divided into four categories: "platform + Database" mode,"platform" mode,"database" mode and non provision of electronic teaching reference,and the service mode of electronic teaching reference and the characteristic collection content of these universities are listed in detail and analyzed to find out the problems faced by University Libraries in the construction of electronic teaching reference service platform.Finally,based on the electronic teaching reference service platform of University Library in China,this paper analyzes the needs of users for the function of the platform,arranges and improves the framework design of the platform,and describes the use process of the electronic teaching reference service platform of University Library in detail. |
