Explosion-proof equipment in the production practice is often faced with extremely complex and volatile environment,very easy to be corroded,and once the explosion-proof equipment failure or out of control,it will cause huge economic losses of property and even casualties.The current explosion-proof equipment management system,a considerable part is still in the stage of paper ledger and electronic ledger,lack of state tracking of key links in the whole life cycle of explosion-proof equipment.Once the explosion-proof equipment failure or out of control,whether to repair or scrap will result in huge economic losses,it is necessary to adopt certain technology and management tools to ensure the safe operation of explosion-proof equipment.To solve this problem,we must first use RFID technology to achieve a comprehensive perception of device,then through the EPC encoding to track the whole life of equipment,with the help of RFID technology and management tools,track the status of equipments,to provide full life information for equipment management personnel.The research of existing explosion-proof equipment life-cycle management system is realized by combining the technology of state monitoring and fault diagnosis,able to realize data acquisition and analysis equipment when the equipment run,but can not achieve automatic identification equipment.This paper focuses on the study of RFID indoor positioning methods,through the full analysis of the status of the equipment life-cycle management,summed up the lack of life-cycle management of existing equipment,and put forward an improved algorithm,and RFID technology is applied in the explosion-proof equipment life-cycle management system,the information of the device can be acquired by automatic identification of tags,track the status of the device.Explosion-proof equipment through regular or irregular inspections to grasp explosion status of the device,record the status parameters and operating parameters of explosion-proof equipment,to find the defects of equipment and problems that may cause equipment failure or out of control,in order to eliminate defects in time,prevent accidents and ensure the safety of equipment operation.
