With the development of national econormy, energy demand is also growing, oneof the cornerstones of industries of coal mining enterprises as an energy sourceprovided, the introduction of high security and high level of automation of a newadvanced equipment to improve production efficiency to meet the country’s growingeconomic market. Yet coal mine enterprise skills are asset-intensive companies,including60~80fixed assets for mining equipment, and equipment management leveldirectly affecting the productive capacity of enterprises, product quality, productioncosts, labour productivity and energy consumption, safety and other aspects areimportant factors determining the core competitiveness of enterprises.With the rapid development of computer technology for the enterprise devicemanagement concept has broadened the idea. Scientific And Rational devicemanagement should be based ontraditional management and asset management as thetheoretical basis, the use of computer aided technology, the establishment ofequipment from the procurement, installation, maintenance rotation scrapped a seriesof processes, namely asset life-cycle management approach. Through the computer’sintegrated management, in order to realize the value of the physical movement ofequipment and scientific management of the entire process of the movement,improving equipment management level.The system is a based on J2EE (Java2Platform,Enterprise Edition)platform, anduse the current more mature and stable SSH (Struts+Spring+Hibernate) three-layerframe structures, achieved on the presentation layer, business logic layer and dataseparation and encapsulation of the persistence layer, from an architectural point ofview was very good solution to the problems in the design of better achieve highlevels of reuse.The thesis on the background of informatizationsystem constructionof LongKouMiningenterprise, combined with the investigationand analysis of the actual businessrequirements, the mining group, confirmed the value and significance of the thesisresearch. Focus based on object-oriented requirements analysis method using usecase diagrams and class diagrams to analyze the system modules feature to determinesystem problems. A system designed by chapter, aimed at production andmanagement of main line, targeted at devices and services, refine the design ofobject-oriented class diagram, and in the development of SSH under the framework of hierarchical design implementation details. The system successfully implemented andput into operation. Observation of Stable and reliable operation of the system,improving the efficiency of equipment management, reduce the cost of equipmentmanagement, and effectively solve practical problems and difficulties for theenterprise.
