Medical equipment management in the health sector management modernization, an important aspect of standardization. Therefore, how the application of advanced computer technology and network management of medical device information lifecycle, deployment and monitoring, the key issue is to improve the health sector efficiency of resource use and management must be addressed. In this thesis, low efficiency, imperfect information and other issues existing medical equipment management system is designed to develop a suitable medical equipment lifecycle management systems, in order to achieve standardization of medical equipment, intelligent management. In this paper, specific research work includes the following aspects:(1) Based on the idea of the whole life cycle, from planning medical equipment procurement, the use of scrap to the final four to build a full life cycle of medical equipment management system; same time, critical data for analysis equipment, equipment to achieve full life tracking and feedback cycle. And ease of system management and query.(3) The multi-level device query methods, to meet user demand for multi-criteria query. In addition, we also studied a variety of input and output format system supports multi-format inputs, outputs, and can be completed automatically convert all kinds of formats.(4) in-depth study of system security, the use of multi-level control strategy to achieve control of user rights, so as to ensure the safety of the system.
