Train operation monitoring and recording device (LKJ),which is knowm as thecentral equipment for railway informatization, is designed by Chinese technicians toprevent trains from overruning and assist drivers to improve operation ability. Themanagement level for LKJ and related automotive equipment directly affects thedriving safety of the train.With the continuous development of railway informationtechnology, electricity equipmentgrows in number and expands in scale, and theinformatization of equipment management becomes increasingly important. However,most of the existing LKJ equipment management remains in a primitive method ofmanual recording, which is difficult in management, tedious in artificial links and nottimely in information processing.To manage the LKJ equipment more scientifically and more efficiently, andguarantee the reliable operation of the train,firstly the necessity is pointed out todevelop an intelligent KLJ equipment lifecyle management system combined with theshortages of LKJ equipment management. Besides, the RFID technology isintroduced through the investigation and study of the IOT technology. Atthesame time,LKJ equipment whole lifecycle management system is designed and tested based onRFID technology. Specifically, the system is able to manage the use, maintenance,storage and fault warning of LKJ equipmentintelligentlywith the support ofmanagement information database and the distributed system. Finally, the work in thepaper is summarized, and the weakness of the system as well as the next step forimproving the system is pointed out.
