Design And Research Of Dispensing And Chip Placing Module In RFID Tags Packaging Equipment

The RFID technology which uses the radio frequency communication is a non-contact automatic identification technology. It has the features such as multi-target recognition, non-contact identification and high-speed mobile object recognition. It is considered one of the most promising information technology of the 21st century.This paper mainly studies the dispensing module and chip placing module of the RFID tags packaging equipment, including the study of structure design, motion control and machine vision.The structure design consists of the workflow design, working platform design and machine vision system hardware design of the two modules. The control of the working platform is studied in the motion control part. Machine vision software design mainly studies the software design of the four machine vision systems, including software process design, algorithms study and software preparation and debugging.In the structure design and control of the dispensing module, this paper analyses the workflow, designs the working platform and dispensing system, studies the hardware design of the visual system and designs the control system.In the structure design and control of the chip placing module, this paper analyses the workflow, designs the working platform and dispensing system, studies the hardware design of the visual system and designs the control system.In the machine vision software design of the dispensing module, this paper studies the commonly used template matching algorithms and adopt a phase correlation algorithm based on FFT transformation.In the machine vision software design of the chip placing module, this paper studies the image processing algorithms and designs a program flow for detecting the angle and location of the chips.
