With the continuous development of society,the production efficiency has become the goal pursued by more and more manufacturers.And with the expansion of factory buildings and the increasing number of staff,the allocation of personnel and equipment at any time has gradually attracted the attention of society.Whether it is for personnel or equipment,in practical applications,positioning technology is of great significance for the development of science and technology.This also makes positioning technology a hot pursuit of society.This paper uses RFID positioning technology and is aimed at the defects of inefficient production and poor management in large area factories,and designs a positioning system for personnel equipment in the factory area.It monitors the location of personnel and equipment in real time and sends real-time monitoring results to terminal management equipment,and it enables the manager to obtain the location information of the factory personnel and equipment in real time so as to adjust the personnel and equipment in time and then improve the production management efficiency of the factory.In this system design,radio frequency identification technology is mainly used.Personnel and equipment are equipped with a RFID tag,and the reader is placed in the factory area,which identifies the signal intensity of the label in the area through induction.The corresponding localization algorithm transforms the signal intensity value into position information and transfers the location information to the terminal management system.In order to improve the positioning accuracy of the system,an improved localization algorithm is proposed and applied to the positioning system.After testing,the improved location algorithm has higher positioning accuracy and ensures the overall robustness of the system.First of all,the application status of RFID positioning technology at the present stage is clarified,and the development status of RFID positioning technology at home and abroad and the significance of applying RFID technology to personnel equipment positioning in the factory area are thoroughly understood;Secondly,select the relevant hardware devices according to the actual functional requirements of the plant,then complete the schematic diagram of the system and PCB circuit board design and build related hardware platform and debug.Then,according to the actual environment of the factory,the overall performance of the reader and tag is tested,and the corresponding algorithm is proposed to optimize the positioning accuracy of the system.Finally,the whole system is commissioned and measured.In view of the deficiencies found,the hardware is adjusted and the software is optimized in time.Then,the design is finally completed to meet the location requirements for personnel and equipment in the factory.Whether in terms of attendance,deployment or equipment replenishment,this system has advantages in the application of the factory area.lt is beneficial to improve the efficiency of production management in the factory area and play a positive role in the management and development of the factory area.
