Protection of confidential meetings held successfully can maintain core national interests and guarantee the successful completion of the work. Successfully meeting need to have a robust and comprehensive regulatory regime. Furthermore, monitoring methods of confidential meetings today is still at a very low level. What is worse, there are just a few monitoring tools for administrator to choose. So it goes through a period of transformation and upgrading. Faced with various of difficulties and challenges, we need to improve our technology and add new meetings monitoring measures and update meetings management system so that we can improve the efficiency of meetings. Nowadays, society is in a new ear of Internet+, so we can just establish an efficient management system with the help of science and technology and it will work well. With the RFID technology to realize efficiently the object recognition, positioning, tracking, monitoring and management functions, it will bring a new way for the confidential meeting monitoring.Facing the current means of monitoring the informatization level and efficiency is not high, this paper based on the concept of life cycle management combined with the actual situation proposed a confidential meeting monitoring system based on RFID technology. According to it, we put forward an RFID-Based monitoring system of confidential meeting. This meeting system is to achieve the person and things and places round monitoring.This paper first introduces the RFID technology, which describes the characteristics of RFID technology in detail and the future direction of development. And then it expounds the confidential meeting working processes, and illustrates the risk and crisis of the existing monitoring. In view of the existing problems put forward by the meeting, whole life cycle management based on RFID technology, realize the meeting monitoring system.In additional, the system need to read a variety of different electronic tag information, so we use of RFID middleware and complex event processing combines strategy to optimize system compatibility issues. What is more, this strategy can also improve system responsiveness and speed up system efficiency. Among them the paper introduces the complex event processing model of RFID middleware and the complex event processing mechanism of confidential meeting and the related events design.Finally, the paper describes the design goals of confidential meeting of the monitoring system and the characteristics of the system functional requirements and system design and the design the overall structure of the hardware and software. Moreover it focuses on the analysis of the modular design method and the process of the design and the function of the system construction and related key technology design. According to the requirements, using J2EE technology, the development of a prototype system, realized the various functions of the system and achieve a friendly interface, simple operation, high reliability target.This scheme can improve the monitoring efficiency and provides a new choice for the confidential meeting.
