The Study On The Construction And Operation Mechanism Of Traditional Media Interior Incubator Based On Strategic Management

Since 2015,"Internet+" and "Innovation and Entrepreneurship" has become China's development background of the “new normal” economy.In the field of "Internet+media",the uncertainties of public opinion environment and the diversification of media ecology have been rapidly iteratived,and the traditional media have not achieved remarkable results in the process of transformation of the Internet.In this context,some traditional media groups on the basis of encouraging internal innovation and entrepreneurship,have tried to build an internal incubator as an innovative experiment,hoping to find some ways of media transformation by establishing an incubator mechanism which is help for introducing the external resources and revitalizeing the internal resources.At present,the academia has discussed and analyzed the overall operation of the business incubator,but has not paid attention to the emergence of the traditional media interior incubator.In this paper,the author discussed the special objects of incubator from the perspective of "Internet + Media" and analyzed two classic cases of traditional media interior incubator: the Media Dream Works and ND Incubator.The construction and operation mechanism of the traditional media internal incubator is the focal point of the study,including the strategic positioning,core competencies,mode of operation and operational strategy.At the same time,the study explored the obstacles and dilemmas in the actual operation of the internal incubator,analyzed the significance of the internal incubator in the transformation of the traditional media strategy,and put forward some suggestions for other media enterprises to consider entering into the field.
