The incubation equipment applications bionics analog nature incubatorenvironment, embryonic development suitable conditions for poultry eggs hatching.This article describes the knowledge of the incubator, the situation and developmentdirection of the incubation equipment at home and abroad, and the hatch principles andconditions, and with reference to the incubation industry technical standards todetermine the design of the system temperature indicators. Poultry incubator is acomplex biological process, poultry hatching process, temperature, humidity, ventilation,three major factors in determining the hatching rate the level and quality of the chicks,the reasonable control of the incubation temperature, can not only improve the hatchingrate, but also can raise chicks quality. Incubators for sale on the market price of tens ofthousands to hundreds of thousands, for a small hatch factory, the price is too expensive,and is bound to increase its production costs. Hatchery optimization of the design basisof technical information to the microcontroller as the core development of a smartincubator control system, to the technical requirements of each of the above conditions,but also to achieve the incubator effective.With the continuous development of electronic technology, modern temperatureand humidity measurement system gradually replaced the traditional simple dataacquisition system. From the system by discrete components to miniaturization,integration, digital, intelligent, micro-power, networked measurement system into themulti-parameter measurement, but also continue to improve the technology andmethods of measurement, such as the system Add automatic nonlinear compensation,automatic temperature compensation, automatic calibration function, to meet the specialrequirements of measurement accuracy and harsh environments. The system consists ofthe host and its plug-in temperature sensor network, a humidity sensor, the inverter, theheating system, the humidification system, the fan. The system also has storage, theprinting process of incubation temperature, humidity, oxygen concentration, and toprovide a standard serial communication port, easy to master-slave control system andthe host institutions. The intelligent control system is mainly composed of single-chip AT89C52,DS18B20temperature sensor, which has measurement range of-55℃to+150℃. Thehumidity sensor is HS1101hygristor, when the ambient relative humidity variesbetween0%~100%, the capacitance value is changed between160pF~200pF. Theoxygen sensor selection is the SK-25F-type sensor. A/D converter use ICL7135, whichhas the advantages of high precision, low drift, anti-interference ability. Through themicrocontroller will signal detected temperature and humidity and oxygen concentration,temperature, humidity and oxygen concentration, the lower limit is compared todetermine whether to start the drive to open the device, so as to control the state of theheating lamp, humidifier and fan, to achieve the temperaturehumidity and oxygenconcentration control.
