Design And Implementation Of Incubator Management System

As the Internet is becoming more and more popular,more and more industries want to improve their competitiveness and influence by combining with the Internet,so incubator industries do too.The current competitive core of the incubator has shifted from hardware to software.However,The information and network construction of the incubator is not satisfactory at present.Because of the previous emphasis on hardware disregard for software development,most of the current incubators lack professional software development teams and personnel,and the existing software on the market is not well enough to meet the professional needs of incubators and businesses.To solve these problems,this paper uses Java language and SSH2 framework to implement an incubator management system.When I design the system,I consider it from three perspectives: incubators,industries and public user.It has for main modules.In design,incubators,businesses,and public users are taken into consideration.For incubator,it provides functions such as incubator management,building and housing management,maintenance and delivery management,incubator enterprise contract management,hydropower meter reading,enterprise payment management,park notification,payment reminder,lease expiration reminder and so on.For public users,we can access the incubator portal website through the Internet,understand the information of incubator and incubator,find the location of incubator,check house rental information,enterprise recruitment information,industry consultation and so on.The system will solve the problem of information island,let the incubators,enterprises and the public understand each other,increase information transparency,and provide information management tools for incubator and enterprise management,improve work efficiency and reduce the probability of error occurrence.I design and complete the incubator management system from many aspects.First,I carried out the system planning and system analysis,including feasibility analysis,business process analysis,requirement analysis,data flow analysis and use case analysis.Then,I carried out the overall system design,including system total architecture and function module division.Then,I designed the database.At last I realized the system on the basis of the above.The system enables managers to manage their work very conveniently.
