In order to ensure the precision machine work under normal condition, implement precision performance, it is need to control the temperature strictly around the machine. it is required that temperature accuracy requirements is50±0.1°, and the air flow requirements of less than1m/s, uniformity requirements of the air flow rate and temperature strict.This paper focuses on the structural design of incubator. Firstly, analyze the different affect for air distribution under different supply system, and find out there two different air system meet the requirements. Secondly, adopt CFD numerical simulation method to analyze temperature and velocity field uniformity of incubator on the same condition, then determine the best one by comparing the simulation result. Finally, using three-dimensional software to build the model structure, then through CFD numerical simulation analysis and observe the temperature and velocity field on the both condition that there are heat source and no heat source, determine the appropriate environmental control box structure.In this paper, adopt multi-channel temperature acquisition system for the collection of the incubator temperature. Temperature detection system based on DS18B20get the temperature date of the heating box. For high precision constant temperature box, this paper selects the high precision of platinum resistance temperature sensor, the acquisition precision of0.01℃.PID control theory is discussed in the temperature control system, introduce the method of digital PID control algorithm.. In order to get the output date, apply step signal to the environmental control cabinet. Established a mathematical model of the incubator through the system identification method and the model is a pure-order lag model. Finally,test PID control system whether meet the requirements.
