Design And Practice Of Project Management System For Technology Business Incubator

Under the backdrop of the era of mass entrepreneurial innovation,Harbin's science and technology business incubators have achieved unprecedented development and the number of settled projects has grown continuously,which has caused a great challenge to the project management of science and technology business incubators.Through visits and investigations,it was found that a considerable number of technological enterprise incubators in the Harbin city area also use relatively conservative and backward working methods such as office software and storage equipment in the project management of entry,which making the cost of querying and storing the project data higher but making the efficiency very low.In order to make the management of scientific and technological enterprise incubator projects in the domain more efficient and scientific,it was decided to develop a project management system for technology business incubators.This design adopts the development method of front-end and back-end separation.The back-end is written in Java language,using Spring,Spring MVC,Maven and other technologies.The front-end uses the Bootstrap framework.Thedatabase uses MySQL and combines the design idea of software engineering.The system realizes the radiation management of the incubator of the scientific and technological enterprises for the resident projects.In addition,the basic information,economic profile,employees(talents),intellectual property inquiries and management functions of the projects have been realized.Therefore,the technology business incubator can control the progress of incubated projects according to the system data.It can diagnose and provide solutions for projects with operational problems.It is also able to connect with government functional departments and resource agencies in the first time for quality projects with related demands.This system has a very good application prospect,and it is used to replace traditional project management methods.It is an inevitable trend to realize informatization,intelligence and networking of incubation services.With the development of computer technology and network technology,its functions will be continuously developed and improved,and the project management level of science and technology business incubators in Harbin City will be effectively improved.
