With the increasingly close cooperation of the technology business incubatorsand venture capital, the fusion phenomenon between the two agents is graduallyemerging. In order to study this phenomenon in depth, this article takes thecomprehensive incubation system for the carrier and the perspective of the systemtheory to depth study the situation and development trend of the comprehensiveincubation system using theories such as CAS stimulate-reaction model, CAS echomodel, corporate governance and the Repast S simulation method.
