Incubator, which controls the temperature, humidity and ventilation, can provide the feat environment for the growth of the embryo. In the course of incubation, the temperature is the most important factor of the key. The temperature system has obvious characteristics of nonelinear and time-delay, which suit to be adopted the fuzzy control method.The thesis fistly introduces the basic structure of the incubator and describes the realization of hardware and software, then it studies the plant of temperature in all details from thermodynamics. In the paper, an approximate mathematics model of temperature plant is built and its differential eguation is demonstrated, at last the dynamic response curve is analyzed.Secondly we study the theories of fuzzy mathematics and fuzzy controlling in deeply. we apply those theories to the temperature plant and design fuzzy controller, the software flow chart is also given.Finally the temperature plant is demonstrated and simulated in the Matlab, we can analyze the fuzzy controller from the result. And at last ,the practical response curve is given. |
