Manufacturing is the backbone of the national economy.With the development of cloud computing,big data,and IOT technology,intelligent manufacturing is leading the way in manufacturing transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.With the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing,enterprise capabilities have changed.In the context of intelligent manufacturing how to recognize its own development stage and upgrade direction has become an urgent problem for enterprises.Currently,the relevant research on the evaluation of intelligent manufacturing capability is about indicator construction and model standard architecture.Most of them emain qualitative or theoretical,with few evaluation applications in practical production.In order to evaluate the intelligent manufacturing capability,this paper proposes an intelligent manufacturing capability assessment framework and method for enterprise production scheduling.It is successfully applied to practical industrial cases and provides reference for the improvement of enterprise capability.The main work and contributions lie in the following aspects:(1)An overview of intelligent manufacturing capabilities is introduced.Aiming at the problem that traditional cost model can't cover all the elements of intelligent manufacturing as well as its poor scalability,the full-factor production cost model for intelligent manufacturing is proposed.It can clearly describe the cost elements such as digital resources and new human resources in the intelligent manufacturing production mode,and supports multi-level model expansion to meet the cost accounting requirements of intelligent manufacturing multi-level production control.(2)A quantitative evaluation method for production scheduling based on multi-agent simulation is proposed.Accordin g to the characteristics of the production process,the scheduling workflow is summarized.Based on the multi-agent system,production planning and scheduling,instruction releasing,production monitoring,and performance statistics in the workflow are modeled.Using the optimal capability scenario as the benchmark,a multi-scenario configuration simulation is used to define a benchmark database for capability assessment.(3)An evaluation method combining qualitative and quantitative evaluation for intelligent manufacturing capability is proposed.In order to solve the problem that the intelligent elements are difficult to quantify,the qualitative level of the key factors of the enterprise core ability is obtained through the form of questionnaires.The degree of intelligent elements influence on all aspects of production scheduling is obtained through Delphi evaluation matrix.The scene configuration parameters are determined.And the production cost is used as a quantitative scale to quantitatively evaluate the core manufacturing capabilities of the enterprise.The sensitivity analysis of production scheduling parameters is carried out and the database of enterprises standard capability is established.Finally,it provides a reference for the improvement of enterprise intelligent manufacturing capabilities.
