With the rapid development of Aerospace Engineering,the FT-DSP has been widely used in all kinds of space equipment as the core of signal processing because of its small size,fast operation and high accuracy.DSP in the space by the various radiation will directly affect the reliability and stability of the whole device,and therefore need to design a set specifically for the DSP of the irradiation effect Test system to evaluate its ability to resist radiation.This paper takes FT-DSP as the research object,in the premise of fully understanding the structure of the model DSP,Under the instruction of the upper computer,the FPGA control DSP is tested and the results are transmitted back to the host computer to display and store.the hardware design of the DSP test board and FPGA control board is completed.Compete the hardware circuit design of the clock,power supply,reset and simulation interface.In the software part of the DSP to achieve a complete test of the function of the EMC,HCP,timer,core and internal RAM.In the upper computer software system,a friendly human-computer interaction interface and a communication protocol is proposed for the communication of the error correction of the instruction and the result.Through the combination of hardware and software,complete a Real time cycle test and Feedback,display and storage of the results,so as to reduce the waiting time and improve the efficiency of the DSP test.System is tested,which proves that it can be used in the actual experiment.
