The Application Study Of Project Management In The Cybercop Administrative Management System

The development of public information network security management system is an important measure to further promote decentralization,combine the delegation and management,as well as to optimize service.And it has a profound meaning to further improve the service quality and service efficiency of Internet Police Department,and to better stimulate the market effiency.Based on the background,this paper focuses on the development of public information network security integrated management system,starting with the software project managementkonwledge,skills,tools and so on,to describe the project requirement analysis,design,development,testing and application in the project management process.Based on the summary and analysis of the existing researches on public information network and on the application of software project management,this paper analyzes the needed significant technology and application,and proposes the functional requirements and performance requirements.According to the requirements,this paper fully analyzes and describes the requirements of the system overall framework,business modules and common modules.Based on the analysis,the author designs the system,and details the architecture and design of some representative modules.Moreover,the implementation code and screenshots of system are included in the paper,the author also deployed and tested the system.The specific management and control of project based on the nine software management knowledge modules,has been important ways to achieve the goal of the project and to reduce the cost while improve the efficiency.According to the scientific process of software project management,this paper mainly from the project integration,project scope and index,project organization structure and human resource management,schedule management and risk management system development and design of the whole and context,the software project management throughout all stages in the development of the system and the link,make effective schedule for the project implementation and to achieve control of the project progress,project quality guarantee.
