The Design And Implementation Of Bureau Project Management System For Kunming Railoway

In recent years,China's railway engineering is developing in the form of science and technology,modernization and large-scale.Although China's railway development has entered the forefront of the world,but the system in the field of railway management is still a shortcoming.At present,the development of the whole process project management system for Kunming Railway Bureau is still in an embarrassing stage,which is less than the development pace of Kunming Railway.Combined with the status quo of Kunming Railway Bureau,it was decided to develop a whole process project management system for Kunming Railway Bureau.In order to better complete the design and development of the system,taking the above content as the development background,and aiming at systematically manage the railway project and improve the user's work efficiency,the development language of the whole process project management system for Kunming Railway Bureau is determined as Java language.It is presented to the user in web form,and its network architecture is determined as B/S network architecture.The system design pattern is MVC(Model,View,Controller)mode and the system is developed by combining Struts,Hibernate and Spring integration framework.The use of three-tier architecture layering reduces the layer-to-layer dependency,so administrators can focus on only one layer of architecture and use each layer of logical multiplexing to achieve "high cohesion and low coupling",which can improve the work efficiency of the developer.Finally,in order to ensure the security of the system data,the SQL Server2014 database is selected to store the system data.After communicating with the staff of the Railway Bureau,it was determined that whole process project management system for Kunming Railway Bureau will be divided into five functional modules,namely project declaration management,project initialization management,project implementation management,project acceptance management and knowledge base management.Project declaration management includes declaration information management and declaration inquiry management.Project initialization management includes initialization management,bidding management,bid opening management,calibration management and contract management.Project implementation management includes project schedule management,project change management,and project tracking management.Project acceptance management includes acceptance information management,acceptance data management,payment instrument management,and results file management.Knowledge base management includes project document management,revenue contract management,business enterprise management,and project material management.The design and implementation of whole process project management system for Kunming Railway Bureau filled the vacancy of the Kunming railway project management system to a certain extent,and achieved the overall management of the railway project from the initial declaration to initialization,implementation and final acceptance.The system improved the efficiency of developers and ensured the normal construction and management of the project.
