With the explosive growth of data volume, the status and role of the Internet data center is showing a hitherto unknown of importance. During the boom of the past five years, market taken the structural problems. Most of the data centers taken a marvelous amount of users, business wide, and there is a lot of potential customers and present stage IDC operation management problems. In order to meet the needs of daily operation of IDC, the telecom operators to develop operation management system, the business of IDC tends to be electricized and automated, implementation of business to accept centralized processing, centralized, centralized management of personnel requirements.This thesis complete design and implementation of operations management system, based on the theory, tools and methods of the demand, the detailed design, the outline design and the system design. Main contents in this thesis are as follows:First,in the process of heuristic method is using administrator and users of the IDC, to analyze present situation, the designing of objectives, the function of the system and non-functional requirements. The operations management system adopt the design concept of service-oriented architecture(SOA) by business requirements, functionality, performance analysis, and comparison with similar products. The program includes customer management, duty management, fault management, inventory management, knowledge management and other modules. Certain principles of the system design guide the database design process.Last, in the implementation process of the operation management system, it uses middleware products of the J2 EE from BEA WebLogic. Design and development of the system based on B/W/S mode,the JBPM workflow and data resource pool management. In addition, the database uses relational database(ORACLE 11G), to manage data connection pool. In the implementation process of the operation management system use these techniques, the syetem has the attribute of flexible, extensible and configurable. The system has been designed and implemented based on theoretic evidence of the software. The system test used to determine if system is inaccurate, incomplete, or unreasonable. The test data validation may include format checks, completeness checks, check key tests, reasonableness checks and limit checks. The operations management system passed the test and completion-based check and acceptance of the system.
