The tobacco foreign substance removal system is a device specially used to remove impurities contained in tobacco leaves.That to use this equipment instead of artificial tobacco screening in the cigarette factory can not only reduce labor,but also greatly improve the efficiency of tobacco production.In the development process of tobacco foreign substance removal system,It is very important to design a high performance and high stability communication scheme to ensure the real-time performance of system.This paper presents an effective solution to the communication between industrial control computer and removal valve.Taking into account the communication that not only need to meet the high real-time,flexible stability,but also to solve the communication distance technical problems.In this paper,the hardware of the system was divided into three modules,which are the sending board,the switching board and the receiving board.In addition,the photoelectric isolation current loop technology is adopted to enhance the anti-interference ability of the signal on the receiving board and sending board.The design of software is modelled by Verilog language.The models which is used to receive the data of PCI_E bus and transmit serial data must be designed on sending card.The modules which is used to receive serial data and send data with SPI bus must be designed on the receiving card.A integrated function that transmit the removing signal from the industrial computer to the removing valve has been realized on sending card and receiving card.In addition,in order to enhance the reliability of the system communication,some software technology is also used to enhance the reliability of the system communication,such as double-buffer data verification,software filtering,delay and other technical means.The communication scheme given above has been put into use in the industrial field,and all the performance tests of the system are performed well.
