Because it can quickly, clearly and accurately detect the measured object's natures,such as Structure, Assembly status, Defects in the condition of non-destructive,so it has the advantage that other detection methods do not have, And thus have been more and more widely applied. Industrial CT and CT medical and other civilian non-destructive testing application is a typical example of non-destructive testing.When an industrial CT is operating for testing, a great deal of data is needed to be acquired rapidly and be transmitted to a computer for image reconstruction. With the development of 3D-Industrial CT technology, the application of the scan mode of cone-beam and the increase of channel of industrial CT detector, a higher speed is required for data acquisition. PCI is hard to meet the requirements of the continuous development of industrial CT because of some advantages. In this case, PCI Express bus technology came into being. PCI Express bus is the high-performance, Universal third-generation I / O Bus that can meet a variety of computer and communications platform designed to interconnect in future. It is on the basis of that inherited the advantages of PCI bus , use the Scalable and the full serial bus replaces the PCI parallel bus technology, And, through advanced technology on the point to point of interconnection, Switch and Packet protocol, it Provided a lot of new performance and characteristics.The thesis analyzes the industrial CT multi-channel data acquisition principles and PCI Express bus specification. At on the basis of the existed PCI Express x1 board debugging and PCI Express bus theoretical knowledge, I designed the existing data acquisition card, analyzed and compared the two programs that achieve PCI Express bus data acquisition card. I Choosed low-cost FPGA + PCI Express hard core program designed PCI Express x1 bus data acquisition card, Used Xilinx XC5VLX20T FPGA which embedded PCI Express hard core as main control device, use the SP26LV431 chip which made by Sipex Corporation in USA for the differential output driver, for the differential reception, use the SN65LVDS32 chip, use the HCPL0721 chip made by Agilent company for the isolate circuit. designed a 512-channel industrial CT data acquisition card base on the single-channel PCI Express bus at first time, and designed the corresponding hardware and logic control programs.In the process of designing PCI Express industrial CT data acquisition card, used the Protel DXP to design schematic and PCB of the data acquisition card,used Verilog HDL language designed the data conversion module and PCI Express interface control logic module.
