With the promotion of “Made in China 2025” and the development of intelligent manufacturing,greater demands are being placed on manufacturing industry.An effective means is to improve the integration of manufacturing industry and information technology.Shop scheduling plays a very important role in the manufacturing process,and production efficiency of a company can be increased by a scientific and reasonable schedule.Based on discrete manufacturing workshop as the application and the combination of production scheduling and Io T(Internet of Things),the thesis gives a study on the discrete manufacturing workshop scheduling under the using of IoT.Firstly,after some domestic and foreign references and typical engineering applications were reviewed,the process of shop scheduling of discrete manufacturing system and the application features of IoT are analyzed,and the key technologies of the intelligent scheduling in the system based on IoT are researched,which provides theoretical basis for the construction of an effective manufacturing system.Then,the one-to-one correspondence between the system and the three layers of IoT is studied,and the production equipment of the discrete manufacturing workshop is designed as agents which function as intelligent terminals in the IoT system after the relationship between Io T and agent technology is analyzed.Finally,a physical framework and a software architecture of shop scheduling in the discrete manufacturing system based on IoT is proposed.Secondly,the operating mode of the system was researched,and the hardware structure of the wireless intelligent terminals is designed with the combination communication mode using of ZigBee and Wi-Fi.At the same time,the way of collecting and transmitting data and information in the system is studied which is used to optimize the scheduling.Thirdly,different negotiation algorithms based on reinforcement learning and improved CNP(Contract Net Protocol)are presented for AGV system and workstations which can improve the efficiency of task scheduling.The algorithm for workstations introduces a concept about“distribution income” which is used for directed distribution with the assistant of the improved CNP.Lastly,on the basis of previous theoretical research,an intelligent shop scheduling system of discrete manufacturing production based on IoT has been developed in my laboratory,and the feasibility and effectiveness is verified by testing.
