Intelligent manufacturing Internet of Things is the core carrier of intelligent manufacturing.The composition and data exchange of intelligent manufacturing Internet of Things have become the focus of research.Domestic and foreign scholars have conducted a lot of research and practical work on the composition and data exchange of the Internet of Things in different manufacturing enterprises' application scenarios and operating conditions.but there are insufficient studies on the core nature of intelligent manufacturing Io T and the universality of data exchange.This dissertation analyzes the existing deficiencies and the future development trends,and conducts research on the physical elements,protocol elements,data exchange model and data exchange model simulation verification of intelligent manufacturing Internet of Things.The main work is as follows:1.Based on the analysis of the compositon of the intelligent manufacturing Io T,the composition of the intelligent manufacturing Io T is divided into two parts: intelligent devices(physical element)and communication protocols(basis of data exchange),The concept of physical elements and protocol elements of intelligent manufacturing Internet of Things is proposed.In terms of physical elements,The composition,mechanism,and network connection of processing equipment,identification equipment,control equipment,logistics equipment,and testing equipment were analyzed.In terms of protocol elements,the communication protocols,action instructions and production instructions of various physical elements were analyzed.The analysis results show that the most unified integration mode of the physical elements of intelligent manufacturing Internet of Things is that all physical elements connecte to the network in a unified manner.The most universal and unified mode for protocol elements is to build a data exchange server that implements unified data exchange manner for all heterogeneous protocols.2.Due to the high cost and poor adaptability of the intelligent manufacturing Io T data exchange gateway,on the basis of the analysis of the protocol elements of the intelligent manufacturing system,the concept of data exchange gateway with data exchange server as the core is proposed and a data exchange model based on database was constructed.The data exchange model is the core of the data exchange gateway and completes data mapping for receiving instructions and issuing instructions.The research shows that the soft gateway of data exchange with data exchange server as the core has the characteristics of convenient maintenance and strong adaptability;the data exchange model can easily add new protocols and greatly improve the adaptability of the gateway;Soft gateways and switching models can meet the flexibility of manufacturing.3.Combining physical elements,protocol elements,data exchange models,and features processing workpiece in intelligent manufacturing Internet of Things,an intelligent manufacturing laboratory was taken as an example to design an intelligent manufacturing Io T system;Using Plant Simulation to simulate the designed intelligent manufacturing system,the results show that the designed system satisfy the flexibility?automation and other relevant requirement of intelligent manufacturing.This paper divides the composition of the intelligent manufacturing internet of things into two parts: the physical elements and protocol elements.which has some guiding significance for understanding and application of intelligent manufacturing internet of things.The data exchange model and the soft gateway based on data exchange server provides innovation for the construction of intelligent manufacturing system.Taking the intelligent manufacturing laboratory as an example,the intelligent manufacturing laboratory system is simulated and analyzed.Research shows that it meets the requirements of automation and flexibility of the intelligent manufacturing system.
