IoT(Internet of Things)is an effective method for workshop management,in the field of manufacturing has set off heated studies in recent years.”information isolated island”has existed in manufacturing industry for a long time.Device data is always gathered by artificial way in many plants,the direct consequence is that the information of workshop cannot feedback to the enterprise management layer in a real-time and reliable way.At the same time,it is a similar problem when the enterprise management layer conveys machine instruction to the workshop.Based on this,MES fil s up the information separation between the planning layer and the workshop floor control.As an intermediate link of connecting MES system with mechanical equipment,compare with artificial data gathering method,a low-cost and maneuverable data gathering system will receive more attention in the forthcoming future.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)Based on previous system,aiming at discrete manufacturing enterprise,the features of workshop data gathering was analyzed.The data acquisition system is composed of batch collection of PLC for central y arranged mechanical equipment and Zigbee wireless collection for point distributed mechanical equipment.Besides,the data transfer of PLC collection system is realized by Modbus protocol,and communication protocol between data gathering nodes and server for ZigBee wireless was designed.Because of this,real-time transfer of mechanical equipment data is realized.CNC machine tools status data collection and key technologies were deeply investigated.According to the system demands,software and hardware were designed,PLC collection module circuit and ZigBee wireless collection module circuit are included.Data collection module and data handling module were designed in software.Also,automatic analysis and check for uploaded mechanical equipment data were realized,and real-time connection with database was achieved simultaneously.(2)Based on data acquisition system,Kanban was introduced to the thesis to analyze mechanical equipment status data.Combined with TOC theory and OEE index,the historic and current mechanical equipment status data could be analyzed,and the analysis result could be displayed for managers in a sighted way.(3)The PC program for PLC collection system configuration and signal order testing are given,and ZigBee wireless collection testing platform is given together.Besides,long distance data transfer is achieved by collaborative relay method.After a series of testing for non-ideal data transfer,condition simulation for communication failure and pressure test,the result show that the system self-healing ability achieves good effectiveness.(4)Finally,the data acquisition system was integrated with MBT material management system,which provides a platform for MES system to explore deeper data value.
