With the rapid development of internet of things, the traditional production mode of discretemanufacturing workshop had a profound impact. In Defense Industrial Technology DevelopmentProgramme, related theories and key technologies of RFID technology were studied for the militarydiscrete manufacturing workshop. In the end, the data management system was developed. The majorresearch contents of the thesis were as follows:Firstly, based on the analyses to the status of the RFID technology application and research inmanufacturing field, combined with the characteristic of the discrete manufacturing workshop, themanufacturing data management needs of workshop was analyzed, the structure of data managementsystem was built, and the function structure and mode of operation were designed.Secondly, refer to the STEP standards, the data modeling for the workshop was completed byEXPRESS-G diagram.The data model of the workshop was expressed in XML.The multi-viewanalysis and multi-view mapping of the data model oriented to manufacturing process were realized.Thirdly, the concept of RFID-based smart objects for the manufacturing plant was proposed. Theobtained precept of process real-time status data was studied through the formal definition ofreal-time manufacturing status data elements and real-time quality inspection status data element.Then the intelligent manufacturing object Agent model and the workshop station Agent model weredesigned. Workshop station production process real-time control was achieved by Agent-basedmiddleware technology.Finally, combined with the demand of the typical military workshop, a prototype ofmanufacturing data management was developed based on the above-mentioned theory.
