Because of the severe global competition and the rapid changes of the environment of markets today,the quality of products gets more and more attention by enterprises.Therefore,the enterprises of ball valve pay more attention to the monition of the process of the production.In recent years,the rapid development of computer and Internet of things technology provides an important opportunity for the integration of enterprise automation and information technology,and the technology has been applied in industry.By the application of internet of things,the management can grasp the workshop production information,then,they can make quick decisions,in order to improve the efficiency and competitiveness of the enterprises,thereby improving corporate profits.Based on the analysis of the process of the production,production factors and the traditional mode of production of typical valve production workshop,summing up the quality problems of the existing production management mode,analyzing the existing problems of the workshop,designing a structure of the system of ball valve production workshop based on internet of things.Through the analysis of the mainstream wireless communication mode,selecting the appropriate mode of communication and structure of network in order to get the "information islands" into the manufacturing system,and the architecture of manufacturing system based on internet of things is applied to the layout of the workshop.According to the problem of data switching of the large information which is made by the process of production of the ball valve,improve the operation of production,research the standard of the exchange of the data,design standard manufacturing data which can explain the information of workshops?production lines?processes?equipment and workers clear.Aiming at the problems of the workshop of valve production workshop,use.NET platform,follow the principle of three-layer architecture to develop the system.In the unified data access layer database software,design reasonable structures and relationships of storage tables for real-time data recording,and then design the operation process and each function module of the system.Based on the study of the production scheduling problem of the ball valve production workshop,a hybrid algorithm which incorporates the Variable Neighborhood Search into the Estimation of Distribution Algorithms is proposed.Finally,the algorithm is used to realize the intelligent scheduling of ball valve production,which verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the algorithm.
