With the development of the Internet,the network has become indispensable in people's daily lives.In the network environment,information is spreading wider and faster.Enterprises can use the Internet for branding and information access.However the network is a double-edged sword,the enterprise needing to control the crisis of public opinion network spreading.Internet enterprises provide a variety of Internet products and services through network,therefore the business conditions of Internet enterprises affect the interests of Internet users.Therefore,the information of public opinion about Internet enterprises has been well followed by the majority of Internet users.In the process of dealing with public opinion,the Internet enterprises have the dual attributes of business and media,both attention of public opinion that Internet users and media focus,but also the media having channel of transmission and the right to speak.The public opinion crisis occurring,the Internet enterprises will face more complex problems.How to correctly handle the internet public opinion,reduce the damage of public opinion,having a significant impact on the brand image and business status.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the internet public opinion management of Internet enterprises.The research on the Internet public opinion management of the Internet enterprise is actually the research on the factors that affect the Internet public opinion transmission of Internet enterprises.This paper uses the idea of system dynamics to analyze the spread of public opinion in the network,and analyzes the mechanism of public opinion event,Internet users,network media and enterprise.Quantifying public opinion of corporate is through the public opinion heat value and researching the causal analysis among influencing factors related to the index variables,the Internet public opinion evolution system is constructed.Through the simulation changing system parameter variables,dynamically analyze the network public opinion heat fluctuations.The simulation results show that the influence of different system variables on network public opinion is different.According to the mechanism of influencing factors,the guiding principle of corporate public opinion management is put forward.On the basis of the guiding principle,put forward the effective strategies of public opinion network crisis of Internet enterprise in the stage of public opinion incident happen,spread,burst,subside.Researching the network public opinion management of Internet enterprise,on the one hand provide theoretical value for the public opinion research.On the other hand,provide decision-making recommendations responding to the network public opinioncrisis for the Internet enterprises.
