With the popularity of the Internet era and the further development,the consciousness of the people to the Internet,nearly three-quarters of the world's countries and regions more than 2 billion people use the Internet to learn all kinds of information,network has become part of People's Daily life,therefore,the public opinion environment has also developed from the original 1.0 times to 2.0 times,1.0 times before is characterized by long fermentation period;Control is strong;Slow speed;Media follow up required is likely to be influential events,the same can also be a good control for the first time.To 2.0 times the situation is very different,because the network,smart phones,weibo and rapid spread of friends let events rapidly expanding amplifier,let you off guard,crisis after the emergency people can express their views in the first time through the network,suggested that emotion,and attitude,for emergency network public opinion also presents the expansion and the trend of complicate.At home to the entertainment circle public opinion of the public relations,often with experience and impression,the lack of systematic theoretical research,therefore,this paper adopt empirical case analysis and comparative study of the related case occurrence and writing methods of process,such as government,enterprise organizations face the crisis handling practices and related process in-depth discussion,can fill the blank of the academic research in the field of this and for the future of entertainment artists public opinion crisis management and public relations company,provide theoretical guidance and support for empirical analysis.
