Traditional frame inspection in glasses manufacturing enterprise workshop still use the way of paper storage as a medium of information transmission,which are not only time-consuming and toilsome,but also low accuracy and poor real-time performance,high cost and so on.It has been unable to meet the needs of business development at present stage.With the rapid development of computer technology,Mobile Internet has penetrated into all aspects of people's work and life.How Mobile Internet technology can be incorporated into manufacturing,and how to effectively and inexpensively raise the level of production informatization is not only focus of each enterprise,but also future direction of manufacturing industry informatization.By analyzing the problems of the enterprise's information management system at present,and connecting with the mobile Internet technology,the paper proposes a frame quality information collection system based on Android platform.Multiple functions,including information collection of frame quality,production process monitoring and generation of data report and so on,are implemented in this system.The system is developed,which based on C/S structure by using Android tablets as portable data terminal,and Wi-Fi network to constructing field communication net.Great usability and expansibility are showed in this system.First of all,the paper analyzes functional requirement,including user registration and login,frame quality inspection,production process monitoring,system management and so on.With regard to the safety and reliability of data communication and friendly of user operation,non-functional requirements analysis is also discussed.Then,the paper makes a design of the system architecture,communication protocol,event procedures and user operation interface according to the client.The structure and function is also designed on the server side.In addition,Application program in the Android platform is developed by using a variety of techniques,such as Java language,Socket programming,mixed encrypted of AES and RSA,Handler asynchronous processing mechanism and so on.Finally,adopting C# language,.NET platform,SQLServer and others techniques implement management system of background server.Result shows that the system meets the demands of user at the same time,and has the characteristics of real-time,reliability,friendly of user operation and so on.To a large extent,the application of the system will help enterprise save labor costs,improve production efficiency and product quality,enhance the enterprise's informatization management.
