Video surveillance is one of the important information security technology, the production and living is paid attention to every field. Its core technology and development platform. With intelligent traffic and visual perception, video monitoring has become one of the fastest growing technology and tools. At the same time, more and more applications and tools have begun to secede from PC, truly achieve the mobile applications. And based on this new technology, mobile data environment is also constantly, so the research based on mobile computing platform of video surveillance architecture and key technology and communication technology, such as the constantly meet all types of users browse the demand of real-time video monitoring.The purpose of this study, it is under the Android platform technology architecture, based on streaming media technology and h. 264 decoding algorithm. First, in view of the mobile video surveillance trend were retrospectively analyzed, and combined technology, remote monitoring system the Android platform architecture of intelligent mobile phone video monitoring system of the technical scheme, system architecture consists of server and the client together, server-side includes monitoring video acquisition/coding and intelligent processing, including streaming media and network transmission and other related modules;Mobile client mainly contains the UI interface, monitor video decoding and displaying and related modules. Among them, the monitoring system of video coding module, adopt the h.264 standard decoding technology, through the streaming media technology, for intelligent processing module, this paper using background subtraction technology, to intelligent processing, using SMTP mail protocol for sending instant alarm information to the user;Mobile client video decoding module, on the basis site can be decoded, and the user can log in mobile client UI interface, to achieve the user anytime by mobile browsing real-time remote monitoring target video needs.After finished the design of remote monitoring system of mobile phone software, this article also put the monitoring system software, peripherals, and network closely combiningthe factors. This server has been fully realized monitoring video information collection, coding,and the design of the intelligent monitoring function; Mobile client also implements the users can browse the remote video monitor position data information anytime and anywhere.Epilogue, this paper summarizes and puts forward the future video monitoring technology development plan and plan, for the future research of the monitoring system, pointed out the direction.
