“Cluster Supply Chain”(CSC)is a new mode of manufacturer collaboration,which can respond to the rapidly changing market demands by means of the dynamic matching and composition of manufacturing services.Thus,manufacturers do not need to maintain high productivity to increase their costs without reducing their flexibility.However,the non-equalization phenomenon is common in the manufacturing service matching,which not only results in the waste of service resources,but also reduces customer satisfaction of needs.In order to solve the problem,researchers proposed different service equalization strategies,which can be classified as two categories:“increase supply” and “adjust allocation”,and they hope to achieve the equalization effect expected.However,the "cluster supply chain" is really a complex dynamic system,collaborative operation between enterprises will be influenced by external factors(for example market environment,industrial policy)and internal factors(such as the collaborative model,coordination mechanism,etc.),it is difficult to comprehensively and accurately evaluate service operation strategy.Therefore,how to comprehensively and accurately evaluate service operation strategy in a complex environment,so as to select the most appropriate service strategy to make the collaborative manufacturing of CSC get the best efficiency,has become the key issue in this field.Aiming at the above problem,this paper takes collaborative manufacturing in CSC as the research object,and puts forward a set of evaluation method of service operation strategy based on computational experiments,which is composed of three parts:1)Based on the equalization of service operation strategy: In this paper,on the premise of equalization,from the three levels of Qo S evaluation model,determining a candidate path,service composition algorithm,construct the non-equalization strategy,equalization strategy,collaborative equalization strategy,for computational experiments provide the basic carrier.2)Building collaborative manufacturing experiment system: Experiment system is mainly composed of external environment and internal agents.This paper constructs the experimental system from three aspects: environmental model,individual model,and collaboration model.It provides the basis for quantitative analysis of computational experiment.3)Computational experiment-based evaluation method of service strategies: three service operation strategies are compared and evaluated in the “short supply”market environment and the “over supply” of market environment,so as to provide decision support for the choice of service strategy.This research provides amount of technical support and theoretical guidance for ecological system of cluster supply chain to function well,and provides a reference for the reality of unequal issues in other areas.
