Since the 21 st century,the traditional manufacturing industry has faced significant challenges.Information technology provided an excellent opportunity for the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.The "Internet +" model has gradually become an important direction for the innovative development of various sectors.Based on information technology manufacturing technology and management methods combined with the network collaborative manufacturing production model emerged.The open third-party collaborative manufacturing platform has been developed along with the networked collaborative manufacturing model.At present,some thirdparty collaborative manufacturing platforms have emerged in China,such as Umade.com,Casicloud.com and Chengdu Guolong,on which suppliers and manufacturers can conduct transactions.The third-party collaborative manufacturing platform will charge a certain network access fee to host manufacturers and component suppliers that join the platform to maintain the daily operation of the platform.The level of network access fee will have an impact on the income of host manufacturers and component suppliers that join the platform,thus affecting the number of users that join the platform.Therefore,the analysis of the value activities in the manufacturing supply chain system under the participation of the third-party collaborative manufacturing platform is of considerable significance to the operational decisions of the platform and the enterprises in the supply chain.Based on this background,this article considered a third-party collaborative manufacturing platform supported supply chain system as the research object.The supply chain system is composed of multiple host manufacturers and multiple parts suppliers.And we build two system dynamics models: the system dynamics model of platform pricing strategy,and the model of the influence of platform matching level on the operating strategy of manufacturers and suppliers.Through the Vensim software simulation,we analyzed platform of collaborative manufacturing to a third party's pricing strategy and operating strategy of manufacturers and suppliers.This paper first against a third party platform of collaborative manufacturing support multiple host manufacturers,the supply chain system composed of multiple parts suppliers,set up the analysis of the third party platform of collaborative manufacturing for manufacturers and suppliers to charge it the pricing strategy of system dynamics model,depict the influence of platform's earnings it quantity,number of suppliers,manufacturers,suppliers,main factors such as it,by Vensim software simulation,analyzes the pricing strategy of the third party platform of collaborative manufacturing.The results show that the revenue of third-party collaborative manufacturing platform is affected by the pricing of bilateral users.The third-party collaborative manufacturing platform attracts manufacturers to join by reducing the network access fee to manufacturers,thus driving more suppliers to join through network effect,so as to improve the overall revenue of the platform.Then,in view of the supply chain system,we established a system dynamics model to quantify the influence of the matching level to operation strategy.And we analyze the operation strategy of manufacturers and suppliers.We use following main influence factors to show the interaction mechanism between supply chain system of value chain :revenue of platform,revenue of manufacturers,revenue of suppliers,number of manufacturers,number of suppliers,platform matching level shows.Combining with Vensim software simulation,we analyzed the platform under different level of matching manufacturers and suppliers of operating strategy.Research results show that the platform matching level and the number of users in the market influence the income of manufacturers and suppliers;a higher matching level is better for manufacturers' longterm development.For the supplier,a lower matching level is better at the beginning of the platform,but in mature of the platform,a higher matching level is more favorable to it.
