With the continuous development of convenience food industry in our country, quick and efficient integration of industry will become one of the important aspects in which of convenience food can participate in market competition, and get market shares. So improving the collaborative productive capacity of enterprises of supply chain in convenience food industry is surely a development trend, which is very meaningful by greatly increasing the work efficiency and reducing the cost of convenience food industry.At present, however, there are still many problems in achieving collaborative production management in enterprises of food supply chain. Firstly, there isn't a unified production plan among the enterprises of food supply chain which can plan as a whole the production of all the businesses; meanwhile, every cooperative partner in supply chain cannot be efficiently and instantly monitored in the production process. Secondly, since the existing application system of every cooperative partner in supply chain is relatively isolated, forming every "information island" the speed of information integration in businesses is lower, unable to make the information of every enterprise be timely delivered and fully shared. When the business process of an enterprise involves cooperation from other enterprises of supply chain, the interoperability deficiencies will appear. As a result, it is very hard for these enterprises to adjust their own decisions according to the change of the market to meet the requirements of collaborative production in all the supply chain. To solve the problems above, this paper is to put forward some hints, which can make the whole collaborative production system and every member enterprise adopt the integrated approach based on the Web Service of BPEL4WS and the most effective optimization methods to realize the ultimate goal of cooperative production by using the convenience food processing enterprises as the leading, customer demands as the driving force, production plans as the link and process management as the means.Web Services can integrate information efficiently on a basis of the existing application system of enterprises, and its application promotes a new development of the application integration technology of enterprises. Now the application integration of enterprises has begun to change into the integration focusing on services. In order to achieve collaborative production among the companies in food supply chain, to share data in business process across different systems is needed. To solve this problem better, a newly trend of development has appeared:the executive language BPEL4WS of the business process of Web Services, the abbreviation of which is BPEL, provides interoperability through the standard of BPEL4WS. The criterion of business processes based on BPEL4WS has become the main current trend which has been developed based on Web Services. Therefore, this paper, after studying the management mode of collaborative production in enterprises of food supply chain, designs the management system structure of collaborative production of food supply chain, and adopts the method of applying service integration technology based on BPEL4WS to application integration of enterprises of food supply chain to realize information integration of enterprises and collaborative work, finally achieve the prototype system of collaborative production management in the supply chain of a food enterprise.
