Research On Supply Chain Operation And Strategy Based On Blockchain

Decentralized management and effective information sharing can improve the efficiency of the supply chain.However,the traditional chain structure supply chain has some problems,such as untimely information feedback and information distortion,and it is difficult to add value to the supply chain.Although researchers and practitioners of supply chains have made important progress in improving supply chain information flow and collaboration among members in the last decade or so,inefficiencies still exist.The information-sharing framework and decentralized operation model designed in this paper aim to solve the existing problems.Based on the theoretical research of supply chain information asymmetry and supply chain collaboration,this paper attempts to introduce blockchain technology into supply chain operation management,reconstruct the information sharing architecture of the supply chain and put forward a new decentralized operation management mode to promote the collaborative operation of enterprises at each node of the supply chain.This study first established the information-sharing model and the decentralized operation management model,which fundamentally changed the hierarchical relationship between the upstream and downstream enterprises of the supply chain,took the customer as the center of the whole system,and effectively reduced the bullwhip effect.Secondly,this paper makes mathematical analysis of the value of the optimized supply chain operation mode,takes the transaction process between the manufacturer and the seller as an example,establishes a profit model,and analyzes the influence of parameter changes on the theoretical value.Finally,taking the household supply chain as an example,the operation process based on the blockchain is designed and the system dynamics is simulated.Based on blockchain technology,this paper constructs a new supply chain operation mode and uses the synergistic theory and the concept of a product-service system to elaborate the value-added process in detail.The established scenario application mode based on the blockchain is helpful to realize the goal of supply chain management to reduce cost,improve quality and improve the overall efficiency of the system.
