Research On The Collaborative Procurement Pattern Evolution Based On Computational Experiment

Cluster supply chain is a new cooperative mode between enterprises, enterprises through the dynamic collaborative relationship building to deal with the rapidly changing market demands. However, as the coupling product of industrial cluster and supply chain, cluster supply chain has the inherent complexity, the formation is affected by many factors, including the complex environment market and the cooperative competition relationship, so how to quantitative analysis of the cluster supply chain collaborative model of evolution mechanism, how to analyze the external influence factors on the evolution of the intervention, has become an urgent problem to be solved in this field.This paper used collaborative procurement as the breakthrough point, put forward the research on the collaborative procurement evolution based on computational experiment; the research content is divided into the following three points:(1) This paper used computational experiment to analyze three kinds of collaborative procurement pattern: Independent Procurement Pattern, Alliance Procurement Pattern and Service-centric Procurement Pattern, quantify the evolution process of the Collaborative procurement and quantify the intervention evolution process under internal and external influencing factors simultaneously, and puts forward the research framework, can effectively solve the difficult quantify problems of collaborative procurement pattern.(2) Constructed cluster supply chain collaborative procurement evolution model CPPEM by using Agent modeling technology, created a CPPEM environment model, the static individual and dynamic coordination mode of CPPEM, provided the basic support for computational experiments, this method also provides a new modeling method for complex supply chain.(3) Proposed different computational experiment scheme for CPPEM model,including the natural evolution scheme of collaborative procurement, collaborative procurement intervention scheme under different market conditions and different services strategy through repeat experiments according to the experiment scheme, Thus we can get the evolution mechanism of Collaborative Procurement pattern and the specific effects of Collaborative Procurement pattern from different intervention factors.The study results not only provides a new thought for understanding the evolution mechanism of cluster supply chain, and be able to provide a certain reference for the cultivation and development of industrial cluster.
