Networked manufacturing system is a distributed, heterogeneous, loose coupling intelligentsystem. Besides the advanced manufacturing technology and theory, a series of correlativetechnologies are required to the implementation of networked manufacturing, especially thetechnologies of distributed computing, information integration and artificial intelligent etc. Aimingat their limitations, the paper reconstruct the key supporting technologies employing the lastnetwork technologies and protocols, such as XML, SOAP, WSDL and UDDI, carry out theresearch of Global-oriented networked collaborative manufacturing platform based on webservices (NCMPws) and it's key technologies. The main contributions of the thesis include: (1)Based on web services and its relevant technologies, a novel solution of Global-orienteddistributed computing for networked manufacturing is put forward. The solution, which featuredwith distributed, heterogeneous, loose coupling, Internet oriented, strong interoperability andtraversing firewall, supports applications with any programming languages and seamlessconnections and interactives. It enables enterprises and their partners to cooperate remotely moreconveniently under the mode of platforms-crossing and languages-crossing, hence the possible ofGlobal-oriented networked manufacturing is made to efficiently overcome the lackings oftraditional component technologies, such as CORBA, DCOM AND RMI. (2) The thesis proposes alayer-built architecture of NCMPws and describes the basic function of the components in detail. For solving the problems of single-point fault and dynamic change with services, the thesisdesigns a Distributed Multi-layer Services Management model (DMSM) with monitoringmechanism, which is managed with layers and regions. Then this paper designs a solution basedon expanding UDDI to construct the core organization SMC (Services Management Center). (3)Aiming at the networked manufacturing process modeling under the environment of area-crossingand enterprise-crossing, this thesis realizes a rude networked manufacturing chain process model, which is driven by web services. Furthermore, to test the rationality of the model, a testingalgorithm is proposed. (4) In the field of manufacturing services discovery, this paper proposed analgorithm SLK based on DMSM to raise recall ratio. Through linking with semantic webtechnology, the thesis constructs a manufacturing services Ontology MSOnto and a lightweightweb services description language LWSDL, investigates the matchmaking algorithm based onsemantic web to improve precision ratio. To meet the need of services quality, a valuable model ofmanufacturing services and an algorithm of services matchmaking driven by QoS (SMDQ) areproposed. Experiment shows that SMDQ increases the usability and validity of services discovery.(5) The thesis does research on web services composition. In the first, paper sums up the maintechnical routes in the field. Then, a global optimization composition algorithm by chainingforward is put forward to solve the problem via creating a selective set with dynamic services andseeking the shortest path of DAG. Finally, the thesis investigates the services composition methodbased on intelligent planning of AI, applies the Linear Logic to this field with reference to it'sapplication in software engineer, proposes a method based on theorem proving , and tests thevalidity by an example.
