With the rapid development of mobile Internet technology and hardware and software of smart phone,the e-commerce industry has been accelerated and the idea of lifelong learning has been taken deep roots in the people's hearts.Mobile smart devices,such as smart phone and PAD,become the new carriers of the mobile learning model due to the small size and convenience.The widespread use of new media like wechat and twitter makes great changes in people's learning style and the way of life.The new media takes place of the traditional media and becomes the primary medium of daily communication during the social development process.Under the influence of new media,people's learning style will be more and more intelligent,diverse and flexible,so the traditional teaching model can not meet students' requirement.The widespread use of smart phones makes the mobile learning become the focus of teaching research and teaching practice.The literature research,questionnaire survey and experimental research method are adopted in this study.Through reading the literature,the status of mobile learning research at home and abroad can be learned.By the questionnaire survey,I analyze the students' attitudes towards the mobile learning.By the experimental research,I put the motion study support program into the classroom teaching,and verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the mobile support platform which is used in the project-teaching of Web Designer for the secondary vocational students.The first chapter states the background,value,content,methods and the feasibility of the study.Chapter two introduces the concepts of mobile learning and project-teaching.It makes a detailed introduction to the informal learning theory of motion study support,the experiential learning theory,the lifelong learning theory,the constructive learning theory of supporting project-teaching,the situational learning theory and Dewey's pragmatic theory of learning.Chapter three shows the design and implementation of mobile learning platform.It introduces a lightweight development that how to use wechat official accounts to carry out the mobile learning platform.Chapter four introduces the design of project-teaching based on mobile learning platform and the effective teaching with the support of mobile learning.Chapter five introduces the use of mobile learning platform in the project-teaching.Chapter six analyzes the teaching effect and verifies that the mobile learning platform can offer the effective support to Web Designer set up for the secondary vocational students.Chapter seven is the conclusion and analysis of the study.
