In our country,there are many problems in the manufacturing industry,such as the coexistence of idle and shortage of resources,the problem of overcapacity and insufficiency,which hinders the development of manufacturing industry in our country.It can effectively solve the problem by using the cloud manufacturing mode,which is to realize the idle and decentralized manufacturing resource sharing and cooperation.To make the cloud manufacturing mode can better adapt to the actual situation,in view of the current situation of manufacturing resources of different kinds of resources,heterogeneous resources,carrying out virtualization encapsulation and the method of service matching has certain theoretical and practical significance.In this paper,the following research works are carried out to study the virtualized encapsulation and resource service matching method of the CNC equipment resources in cloud manufacturing environment.Firstly,the types of manufacturing resources are elaborated based on the comprehensive consideration of the manufacturing resource categories in the cloud manufacturing environment,and the ontology tree of the CNC equipment resources is established.Based on the analysis of the attributes of the CNC equipment resources,this paper puts forward the four-tuple formal description expression of manufacturing resources and the scalable CNC equipment resource virtualization encapsulation model.Secondly,according to the hierarchical structure of the CNC equipment resource ontology tree,this paper takes the influence of the depth of the concept,the width of the concept,the semantic distance,the semantic coincidence degree and the hierarchical order on the similarity into account.Then based on ontology similarity calculation method,we design the similarity degree calculation formula of the CNC equipment resource.Thirdly,based on researching the existing matching methods of resource service,this paper puts forward the matching method of the CNC equipment resource service combining with "rigid parameter" and "hierarchical matching",and gives the concrete process of matching.In order to eliminate the problem of nonintegibility evaluation of service quality caused by different dimensions of quality of service(QoS)attribute index,this paper proposes a standard method of QoS attribute matrix combined with "extreme transformation" and "linear scale transformation" which conforms to the principle of standardization of indicators.Finally,the prototype of the cloud equipment manufacturing platform of the CNC equipment resources is set up to verify the correctness of the virtualized packaging model of the CNC equipment and the efficiency and practicability of the matching method of the CNC equipment resource service.
