Cloud manufacturing is a new generation on-demand use of resourcemanufacturing model, under the state of demand uncertainty and dynamic change ofenvironment. Cloud manufacturing systems rely on a single service can not meet theuser needs, that is because of the diversification and personalization needs. In order tomaximize the use of existing manufacturing services, the system needs to use theexisting services and provides to the user in the form of service composition. Throughthe combination of manufacturing services, which can form different granularity ofmanufacturing service or manufacturing capacity, thus improve the cloudmanufacturing resource utilization, and provide added value in manufacturingresources.Manufacturing equipment resource services is an important part of cloudmanufacturing services. Due itself has distributed and dynamic characteristics, thetraditional method is not applicable for service composition, so this paper mainlystudied the manufacturing equipment resource services and composition methods.The main works involving in this paper is as follows:This paper studies the modeling method of manufacturing equipment resourcesand the modeling method and encapsulation method of manufacturing equipmentresources services. First the service-oriented manufacturing equipment resourcecapability modeling requirements is analyzed. Then according to the nature andcharacteristics of manufacturing equipment resources, its formal description ispresented. On the basis of ontology construction methods, the manufacturingequipment resource ontology modeling method is proposed. Based on ontologydescription method of OWL-S, the manufacturing equipment resource servicedescription model based on OWL-S is proposed. Finally the encapsulation method ofthe manufacturing resource is described. This paper presents QoS attributes update methods and combinatorialoptimization methods of manufacturing equipment resource service. Firstly, servicecomposition and optimizing process is described. Then, QoS attributes dynamicupdate mechanism manufacturing and dynamic QoS properties calculation ofequipment resource service is proposed. According to the service compositionrequirements of QoS, based on particle swarm optimization (pso) manufacturingequipment resource service combination optimization method is proposed. Themethod constructs the service combination evaluation model from time, cost andreliability of three respects, which can obtain the optimal composition of services, andthe simulation analysis of the method has carried on the experiment.According to the modeling and packaging methods of Manufacturing equipmentresource services and dynamic QoS properties calculation method and manufacturingservices composition and optimization, the author designs the database and sets upthe development environment by the framework of SSH, which is the most popularframework of web platform. The results show that the method is effective andcorrectly, and the research have a certain reference value for the related fields.
