Cloud manufacturing is generated from the combination of cloud computing mode, Internet of Things(IOT) technology, information technology, manufacturing technology, etc. and is a new mode of networked manufacturing which is based on services. It aims at integrating manufacturing resource and reducing vacancy rate of resource so as to realize the full use of resource and high sharing of that. Under cloud manufacturing mode, enterprises, via cloud manufacturing platform, can have the ability to obtain manufacturing service resource which meets the task demands. Therefore, the service resource optimization of it has become a hot research topic. In conclusion, this paper mainly discusses the manufacturing service resource optimization under the cloud manufacturing environment.First of all, this paper deeply analyzes the major problems that the manufacturing industry is facing in C hina and the existing deficiencies in the current manufacturing mode we are using. It also introduces the concept and characteristics of cloud manufacturing and its research significance and elaborates research status of cloud manufacturing and cloud service optimization at home and abroad. Compared with the superiorities of typical and advanced manufacturing mode, this paper outlines the architecture and operation mode of cloud manufacturing.Secondly, a manufacturing resource description model facing the object-oriented modeling approach is built and formal description of cloud manufacturing resource is given according to its types and characteristics. Through the modeling and analysis of cloud manufacturing service optimization process, the cloud manufacturing service optimization procedure is made and its matching process, roughing process and selection process are expounded in detail. During the roughing phase of cloud service resource, the evaluation system of cloud manufacturing resource based on hybrid and multiple indexes is formulated. In order to combine the qualitative decision- making index with quantitative decision-making index, a group decision-making model of cloud manufacturing service resource in roughing phase based on Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process(FAHP) and Gray Relative Analysis Method is built. During the selection phase of cloud service resource, cloud manufacturing service resource optimization model with multiple indexes based on major targets is built. That model is solved by adopting the Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO).Finally, by adopting simulation, the feasibility of optimization model built by this paper has been verified. The simulation result shows its better reliability and higher robustness when compared with the result calculated by genetic algorithm.
