At present,China's manufacturing industry is in a critical period of transformation and upgrading.Exploring the innovation of manufacturing mode is one of the important issues with which the entire manufacturing industry is faced.Cloud manufacturing as an innovative manufacturing mode has been raised under such a background.Since the concept of cloud manufacturing was put forward in 2010,the research content in this field has been enriched,and the current research on cloud manufacturing has gradually moved from theory to practice.Cloud manufacturing platform is an attempt to practice the theory of cloud manufacturing,and it comes true by cloud manufacturing platform that discrete resources are utilized centrally.This paper mainly referenced multi-tenant technology of cloud computing,analyzed the multi-tenant model of cloud manufacturing,and established the multi-tenant oriented cloud manufacturing service resource scheduling model.Then based on bill of standard manufacturing service(BOSS),a manufacturing task and manufacturing service matching method and a service composition strategy are proposed.Finally,developed the prototype system of the multi-tenant oriented cloud manufacturing service resource scheduling.The specific contents are as follows:Chapter ?:introduced the research background and significance of the paper,and summarized the research status of the related research fields,then reviewed and introduced the basic idea and the earlier work of BOSS,which was put forward by our research group.Finally,the main content of this paper and the framework of the paper were given.Chapter ?:analyzed and defined some important concepts of this paper,like cloud manufacturing service resources.And analyzed the differences between multi-tenant of cloud manufacturing and multi-tenant of cloud computing,so as to summarize the basic characteristics of the cloud manufacturing multi-tenant model.A framework of the cloud manufacturing multi-tenant mode was put forward.According to the degree of sharing between tenants in the three levels of manufacturing application,manufacturing service and manufacturing resource,defined seven different cloud manufacturing multi-tenant sharing mode and explained one by one.Chapter ?:established the mathematical model of the multi-tenant oriented cloud manufacturing service resource scheduling.The objective function of the model is made up of two indicators,one is quality of service(QoS)index,the other is scheduling system operation index.The index of quality of service is composed of four indexes,such as cost,time,reliability and matching degree.The scheduling system operation index is to measure the efficiency of resource scheduling from the perspective of the optimal configuration of service resources and the operation of cloud manufacturing scheduling system,which mainly included the utilization of the service resources,the load balance rate of the service resources,and the task business volume of the scheduling system.In addition,a service resources composition strategy based on BOSS tree was proposed in this chapter.When the manufacturing task cannot match with the manufacturing service directly,this strategy can solve the matching problem efficiently.Chapter ?:summarized the main problems of typical cloud manufacturing platform at home and abroad,then extracted the functions and requirements of cloud manufacturing service resource scheduling system,combed the core function modules of the scheduling system,and the business process analysis was carried out according to the core function modules.Chapter ?:introduced the development environment of the multi-tenant oriented cloud manufacturing service resource scheduling system and the integration of the scheduling system and "Zhejiang cloud manufacturing platform",explained the design and development processes of the scheduling system database,and explained each functional module of scheduling system one by one.Chapter ?:The research work of the paper is summarized,and the future research prospect of cloud manufacturing service resource scheduling was also pointed out.
