Cloud manufacturing is a service-oriented manufacturing mode with the integration of network manufacturing, Internet of things, data security and the effective integration of cloud computing, which is the application of cloud computing in manufacturing industry. Cloud services platform uses cloud manufacturing service model to build a resource manageme nt platform. Cloud services platform collects the related resources in various stages of product together to form a pool of resources. According to the demand of the service request, the resource pool of will optimize, schedule the resource before offering it to the needs in the form of service to realize the sharing of resources or the sharing of compensation.Based on the concept of cloud computing, through the establishment of the service platform architecture, with the help of ASP.NET, resource virtualization and other technologies, the paper completed the prototype system platform. The main research contents are as following:(1) The business needs of cloud service platform for small and medium sized enterprises was analyzed. The platform for the establishment of calculat ion model and ASP. Net architecture was studied, the paper proposed to build the system architecture based on B / s calculation mode of ASP. Net technology, and has carried on the design to the system functio n module.(2) The resources based on Web are classified, the resource description model was established by using virtualization technology and transformed into resource description template, which can realize the transformation of physical resources to virtual resources in practical production.(3) This paper discusses the requirement of the platform to the database, using ADO.NET technology to design the database concept structure and the logical structure. Completed the database design.(4) The demand analysis of access control in the service platform had been carried on, according to the advantages and disadvantages of the access control model, the paper chose the suitable Role-Based policies Access Control model as access control to the service platform, which realized the separation of roles and privileges and completed the design of access control.(5) The development tool of the platform was discussed and how to shorten the response time was studied. The platform is developed and the main interface of the platform was demonstrated, the platform based on IIS was realized.
