With the rapid development of advanced information technology,manufacturing technology and emerging Internet of things technology,and the rise of cloud computing,the combination of “manufacturing” and “interconnection” becoming the development trend of China's manufacturing industry,the concept of cloud manufacturing was proposed.By borrowing the idea of cloud computing,cloud manufacturing,through the establishment of a shared manufacturing resource service platform,integrates design and manufacturing related resources and provides cross regional,shared manufacturing services.However,due to the information asymmetry of supply and demand,the dispersion of resources and the heterogeneity of resources information,Modeling is needed to integrate and manage the whole lifecycle resources,and the research on resource matching method on this basis is needed.This paper focuses on this topic and studies the description and matching method of cloud manufacturing resource service.An overview of manufacturing resources in the cloud manufacturing environment is made,and a scientific and rational resource classification method is put forward.A model of packaging,publishing and matching of design and manufacturing resources in a cloud manufacturing environment is designed.The three level description mechanism(template creation--template capture--resource service)description is used to describe cloud manufacturing resources and services;On the basis of WSRF system,a model for encapsulating and publishing resources is established,which can solve the problem of heterogeneous resources and achieve effective unity and sharing of resources.Aiming at the matching model of demand and service,the concept of matter element is put forward.According to the description rules of matter-element,the matter-element model of cloud manufacturing service and demand is established.Fuzzy concept semantic similarity algorithm is used comprehensively to solve the similarity of multi attribute information of cloud manufacturing service,then the synthetic weighted similarity method is used to calculate the comprehensive fuzzy similarity,and the best matching result is obtained.The matching algorithm is experimentally verified in MATLAB.And compare with the matching method based on keyword semantic matching,the validity and rationality of the proposed matching method are verified from two aspects of recall and accuracy.By means of the classification,description and encapsulation of resource services proposed in this paper,in view of the needs of Science and Technology Commission of Shapingba district of Chongqing,integrating effectively manufacturing technology,equipment and other related resources of universities,enterprises and institutes in Shapingba district,“Technology Transfer Service Platform of Shapingba district” is designed and developed.The above part of the content is applied and verified in this platform and preliminary application results are achieved.
