As an important part of advanced manufacturing technology,3D printing can make up for the current manufacturing needs of complex parts and components in many industries,and meet the growing demand for personalized manufacturing.Due to the lack of a perfect service mode,the development of 3D printing industry in China is relatively slow.Cloud manufacturing is a new kind of intelligent,efficient and service-oriented manufacturing model proposed in recent years.This paper applies the cloud manufacturing model to the 3D printing industry.First,this paper points out the significance of constructing the 3D printing cloud platform based on cloud manufacturing concept;then,studies the architecture and key technology of the platform;finally,develops its prototype system initially.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Introduction.First,this paper summarizes the background,definition and advantages of cloud manufacturing systematically;then,analyzes some of the key technologies under the cloud manufacturing model and the research results of the 3D printing cloud platform,and points out the significance of this research.The overall architecture of the 3D printing cloud platform.First,this paper proposes the five-tier architecture of the 3D printing cloud platform based on the functional structure of the cloud platform,then,analyzes the three key modules of the cloud platform;finally,determines the advantages of 3D printing cloud platform by comparison with the traditional 3D printing network platform.Virtualization of 3D printing resources.First,this paper classifies the 3D printing resources under the cloud platform based on the perspective of soft and hard manufacturing resources;then,specifies the virtualized information requirements by constructing XML resource virtualization description templates for different types of resources;finally,analyzes the virtualization process,and takes the virtualization of the 3D printing device as an example.Smart matching for 3D printing services.First,this paper builds an index system for evaluating the quality of 3D printing service under the cloud platform,and proposes a global service quality determination method for 3D printing service based on the number of order;then,on the basis of functional primary selection,proposes the improved TOPSIS service optimization method for single printing task,establishes the service optimization model for multi-printing task,and designs an improved bee colony algorithm for solving this model;finally,validates the effectiveness of the above algorithms through examples.3D printing cloud platform prototype system.First,this paper introduces the development environment of the cloud platform;then,designs the prototype system data sheet;then,analyzes the main functional modules of the cloud platform;finally,displays some function pages of the running cloud platform.Finally,this paper summarizes the research results and future researches.
