Cloud Manufacturing inherits of the concept of “manufacturing for demanding and manufacturing for service”.It also takes into account the idea of “concentrating resources for centralized sharing” and “concentrating resources for distributed services”.The service model is not only Including "one-to-many" and "many-to-one",it emphasizes the "many-to-many" form.However,in the past research on cloud manufacturing resource optimization configuration,there is a lack of research on the conflict of interest(“many-to-many” service form)for multiple service demanders who simultaneously demand one or more services.At the same time,there are few considerations for dynamic disturbances in the resource optimization configuration process,which makes the entire cloud manufacturing system lack reliability.The above research content is of great significance for the landing of cloud manufacturing.Therefore,this paper studies the optimization of competitive resources allocation and dynamic disturbance adjustment in the process of cloud manufacturing services.Firstly,this paper summarizes the problem of resource optimization configuration of cloud manufacturing,and analyzes the typical characteristics of cloud manufacturing resource optimization configuration.Establish an information model of cloud manufacturing resources and cloud manufacturing tasks,and achieve a reasonable decomposition of manufacturing tasks.The key process of the matching process between manufacturing demand and manufacturing capability is carried out to realize the primary selection,selection and final selection process of manufacturing resources corresponding to individual manufacturing task.Secondly,a multi-task scheduling model with limited resources is proposed,and the idea of non-cooperative game is introduced.Considering the interest conflicts of service demanders and important quality of service indicators,the multi-task scheduling problem with limited resources is converted into multiple static non-cooperative game,and the service demander,different manufacturing way of each task and comprehensive service level are considered as game player,game strategy and game payoff of a game,respectively.The pure strategy Nash equilibrium algorithm is used to solve this model.The results of the case study show that the model is effective and feasible.At the same time,it also proves that this model can effectively solve the typical cloud manufacturing dynamic problem.Then,establish a dynamic disturbance adjustment framework in the process of cloud manufacturing services,and the dynamics disturbance of the cloud manufacturing life cycle are monitored,defined and adjusted.Realizing the dynamic monitoring and perception of services through Internet of Things technology and database technology,use dynamic identification of key information of the database to realize dynamic classification,and give adjustment strategies for different dynamics.Improve the reliability of the cloud manufacturing service life cycle.Finally,the cloud manufacturing platform for small and medium-sized enterprises developed by the author is introduced.Based on the previous research,the service matching module and the dynamic adjustment module are mainly developed.
