With the development of internet mobile technology,the continuous upgrading of various mobile equipment provide firm basis for the appearance and development of mobile broadcast.During the emergencies reporting,mobile broadcast plays a vital role in news reports with the features of immediacy,authenticity and sense of synchronization.As a brand-new way of news reporting,mobile broadcast changes the traditional way of broadcasting emergencies and injects new energy into the information broadcast.On the one hand,mobile broadcast reshapes the idea of news communication and brings profound influence on the transmission pattern,all these mainly reflect on the following aspect.The citizen journalist become a strong power among the reports,and which at the same time,causes the border line between the transmitters and audiences becoming more vague.Of course,citizen journalists also provide plenty of information supplement to the process.The mixture of diversification of spreading channels as well improves the efficiency.On the other hand,the live broadcast breaks the situation of “mimetic condition environment”,which maximizes the space of audio discourse.However,there are two opposite sides in the process.Mobile broadcast also face the problems of invasion of privacy,challenge of professionalism over authoritative media and so on.The paper takes the case of heavy rain of south China in 2016 as core event to analyze the audience subject,contents,channels and modes of transmission during the mobile broadcast via the theory of “5W” mode.It also further studies the positive and negative effects of mobile broadcast.At last,the paper raises advice and strategies toward the problems appearing during the emergencies in mobile broadcast.
