Since 2003,natural disasters such as earthquake,flood and snow disaster have been constantly occurring.So,in order to ensure social stability and ensure the smooth communication between the people and the government departments,it is necessary to develop the emergency mobile broadcast live broadcast system,which can be a bridge to the communication between the government departments and the people,as well as in the extreme bar.Under the circumstances,the only channel for the masses to obtain external information is the only way.According to the functional goals of the emergency mobile broadcast live broadcast system,the large-scale emergency broadcast live broadcast system serves as a mobile broadcast platform for emergency and disaster recovery.It has complete broadcast functions and information such as editing,production,broadcasting,sound reinforcement,transmission,and transmission of broadcast programs.Complete emergency information exchange functions such as reception,information dissemination,information processing,and communications security,to achieve information sharing,interconnection and interoperability with the national emergency command center network,and to assist government personnel in remote decision-making,and to achieve emergency broadcast systems at the provincial,municipal,and county levels Information exchange between the command system and the disaster prevention emergency command provide reliable information transmission and communication guarantee.In this paper,a large emergency mobile broadcast live vehicle system is researched,and the national application environment is investigated,and a large emergency mobile broadcast live vehicle is designed and developed.After the complete layout design,the structure design,the performance analysis,the demonstration and the refitting experiment,the large-scale mobile broadcast live car has been obtained,which has reached the purpose of the research.The work of this paper includes the following aspects:(1)Under the premise of satisfying the performance of the entire system,how to install the layout through reasonable equipment,or what kind of protection measures are adopted to ensure that there is no interference between devices after the vehicle is completed;(2)Breakthrough some key technologies of the emergency mobile broadcast live broadcast system,such as: design of a large area of acrylic transparent support body;large-scale two-way side pull display stage design;(3)Through the design and calculation of modeling,simulation,etc.,verify whether the entire car can meet the requirements of the refitted vehicle;(4)Through detailed vehicle equipment layout and detailed calculation of counterweight,ensure and verify whether the total vehicle quality,front and rear quality,left and right quality,and vehicle stability check after the vehicle conversion is completed can meet the requirements of the original vehicle chassis or related national standard requirements.At the same time,I also synchronize the development of a large emergency mobile broadcast live broadcast vehicle system.When this paper is completed,the project has been successfully developed,and the product is delivered to the user.Through the acceptance and first use of the user,the user has received good praise.
